So I triggered this and I don't know where 'Selphia Plains East Cave' is?
I don't even want to marry Arthur :(
So can anyone help me with where it is? Or a way to cancel the event?

If you go to Selphia Plains he should show up on your map, in the area next to the woods ^^

You can trigger a bunch of pre-req events without dating or marrying. They're all labeled town events. So unless you're dating Arthur, you've nothing to fuss about for seeing a pre-req event.
