Hello after becoming addicted to harvest moon sunshine islands again

this is my first harvest moon i have played and i love it but i cant help but wonder if about other versions. So what is the best harvest moon for the ds/3ds thats as addictive as sunshine islands

I'm glad you like sunshine islands! That was my favourite HM too~~
I really enjoyed Grand Bazaar (DS) and A New Beginning (3ds) but they're both quite different to sunshine islands...and a lot of people didn't enjoy Grand bazaar....but I loved it :D
There's also a new HM game coming out in a few months called Story of Seasons and although it's very different to the style of Sunshine islands it looks really cool! So maybe you could wait for that one too~~

Harvest Moon DS, DS Cute and Magical Melody might be up your alley. They're similar to Sunshine Islands in terms of collecting items in order to advance the story; they're essentially finishing objectives like the sun stones were.

Magical Melody would probably be the most similar to SI gameplay-wise, but it's for the gamecube so if you don't have that you're sol basically.
