How much did it cost them to make Rune Factory 4?

I finished Rune Factory 4 a long time ago and since I'm going to college for game design and business , I wanted to learn more about the cost of being in the game industry. While of course after college I will get a regular game job and after that I will make simple games, I wanted to know how much it cost to make my favorite game in the Rune Factory series, because it will give me a good idea of how much money I should save up once I start working.


Also, if you cannot find the cost that was needed to make Rune Factory 4, than it will still be helpful if I knew the cost of any other ones.

I wouldn't know the answer to RF4's production cost, but smaller indie games have worked on a six figure budget. If you're looking to make your own game on the scale of something like RF4, with a fair sized story, large area to explore, and extensive (and partially voiced) dialogue, you're going to want to fund it out of more than just pocket.
