RF4 - Does anyone have time to sleep??

I struggle to get to bed by 5am, and I'm not sure why because I don't seem to get any sleep bonus. I noticed that you have to get to bed early to get any sleeping xp (I believe it's before 1am), but I'm almost never able to do this! Between farming, adventuring, and socializing, I need to be awake almost all the time. I don't want to go a day without talking to everyone, that's probably part of my problem.
Do you get any sleep in RF4? If so, then how?
Edit:
WARNING:
If you don't sleep then bosses don't respawn!
Sleeping at 5:59am works!

While I was trying to finish the third arc I made a point of not going adventuring too late or staying out to late, though If I was in the middle of a boss fight I made an exception. I stuck to a daily schedule, except for festival days or Town Events (I went to the dungeon crops a bit later and didn't do any adventuring).
6 til 8 Watered the few crops I had on my farm and tended my monsters. I only had 17, though I added two more in the last week or two before I beat the third arc
8 til 12 Talked to the Villagers. If one of the male villagers went into the baths before I got a chance to talk to him and didn't leave before I had talked to everyone else I left him and talk to him later.
12 til 14-17 I watered my dungeon crops and collected any building materials. If any crops were ripe but not level 10 I sickle'd and replanted them.
If I was done by 15:00 and I didn't have any requests or need to restock on anything from the general store I went adventuring in Rune Prana. If I got back by 16:00 I stayed on my farm and cleared my farmland of any rocks/stones, sticks/stumps, weeds, grasses or bamboo shoots (which usually took me until 0:00-1:30 because I didn't do it often). If I didn't get back until 17:00 I did some cooking and forging until my RP was really low then went to bed.
In the winter I got things done a lot faster because it would snow more often and I didn't need to water as much.

If anything, I have trouble finding things to fill my time with past 15:00. There's not much for me to do that doesn't involve days of in-game time, because I've completed most everything. Not to a perfect level, but I don't have the patience for a perfect save...
Also, you only get sleep EXP if you go to bed before 1 AM.

When I played (which was a long ago), I like...RARELY ever saw night time. Very rarely.
Whenever I ran out of energy and didn't feel like heading to the bathhouse I just went to sleep and started the next day, lol.

I usually never make it past 20:00. I get up in the morning take care of my animals, I have two barns (one with a left and right side) full of monsters but a few of them are just for fighting (or they give me the occasional gem) so I just brush those ones. Usually done with that around 9ish then I water ally crops (3 fields) but I have the highest lvl watering can so that never tàkes long. That when I get to the villages, I only talk to them once and give gifts only to a certain few, if they are unavalible I come back to them later or just ignore them for that day. By now it's around 14:30 so I go exploring/material collecting until I run low in energy. If its not to late in the day when I'm done I go to the bathhouse and then head home to craft things such as stronger armor or weapons. When I run low on energy again I just go to bed.
On festival days I take care of half my crops and monsters, talk to all the villagers, attend festival, re-talk to all the villagers (because you earn a little more do with them), finish taking care of my crops/monsters, maybe do some crafting then go to bed.

I always find something to do, and whenever I need energy and bathhouse is closed or in a dungeon, I munch on a fried veggie (Only need cabbage to make) for 2k RP at lv10 and continue. Most of the time I'm out adventuring trying to find lv10 drops or progressing storyline. Therefore, I see almost see night time just as much as day time.
I do crafting/cooking whilst I got crops to harvest, so harvesting overall is slower for me. Rarely go to bed, and that normally is when I'm getting lazy and want to skip a few hours.

Unless I'm going through the Sharance Maze, I'm usually asleep before noon because I have nothing to do. Crops, monsters, and talking to people doesn't actually take me that long...

I'm usually right on time before 1am. I actually grow crops on my farm but work differs from day to day. Usually I'm done with everything until noon. When running to the shops I try to talk to everybody I meet. Afterwards I fullfill requests, hunt for materials or just fish somewhere. Coming back around 11pm I sort out my things, forge, craft & cook with my remaining stamina & go to bed before 1am. It works pretty well.
If you have trouble with sleeping, don't keep your schedule so strictly. There is time enough for everything. If you don't do it today you'll just do it tmrw.

Thanks for all the advice!
My two problems:
I have trouble sticking to a schedule, and half the time when I start up the game I have no idea whether I've gotten things done or not, so I have to do things like find all the villagers or check all the seasonal fields just to see if I've been. I also seem to take a while harvesting as I decide whether or not to sickle each group of crops (I use the magnifying glass every time, but I'm too lazy to just write down the level of each seed I'm working on).
I like adventuring for too long. I have played the game planning on resetting for days and days just going through dungeons. I'm currently in the second arc, and I think I'm nearing the end of it. Then I forget which dungeons I've cleared during a save or during a long period of not saving just because I want to adventure more >.<
Also, the first few times I did a seed dungeon I opened every room on every floor, and got my bag overly full (so then I had to decide which item to drop every time I found a new one). It took me about 36 hours to clear the whole thing without companions the first time. I just tried it again without searching each room, and it took only around 6 hours (I think, I didn't write it down).
I do like to brush my animals because I know that leveling the taming skill makes taming monsters easier, and there have been a few boss monsters I just couldn't get. Since then I learned that I can hit them with love magic to help, but even so it's still difficult, and I still want to level taming. So some days I will brush all monsters, and I have 7 barn rooms full. I also noticed that animal friendship can go above 10, and that when it does they will often produce higher types of items instead of just high ql. I'm talking about wool (S) through wool (L), egg (S) through egg (L) etc.
I do sometimes release those monsters as I want room for better ones, but most of them I keep. I read somewhere in the game that you can get prince(ss) points for releasing them, but I don't see that happening right away. Maybe it gives you the points the day after the release? I don't know.
Thanks so much for all your help, again! When I can stick to a schedule I get much more done, and this forum has helped me identify problems with my timekeeping.
In case there is anyone else who reads this who likes to skip bed, there are several foods that cure fatigue no matter what's in them, and you can usually add a toy flower to other foods to make them cure it. The easiest food to make that I've found is tomato juice, and I know that pumpkin flan works too.

I never go to sleep before 10 p.m. I think. I always find something to do (looking for chests, beating monsters and bosses, go on adventures with my tamed monsters or villagers just to level them, level certain skills, check the season fields, sell stuff on my personal shop). I really enjoy every aspect of the game and so every day is filled with multiple tasks.

I usually sleep like 5 minutes before 6AM ahaha. After dungeon crawling and farming I sometimes still have extra RP, and I always try to get my RP to 0 and my HP low enough for a tool to kill me. So after finishing my chores (along with crafting things) at around 12AM, I'm busy hitting the bed with my weapons/spells to raise my skills lol. Then I just poison myself with a failed potion (Object X?) to raise my resistance.
I feel so sorry for my character now. :/

At the beginning of the game, I'd stay up super late. And if I was dungeon crawling, I'd suddenly look at the clock and realise that it was the next day oops. But now that I'm just waiting for the next story arc to unlock (« Harvest Goddess » dammit), my days are so boring and short. I get up. I farm. I talk to people. I collect things maybe. By that point it's like 11am. Time for bed??

I just found this out after extensive research and then confirmed. Sleeping at 5:59am works. Just FYI for all my fellow sleep-skippers out there (Holla!)
