How old do you think the rf4 characters are? Judging by their appearance i would say:
Vishnal:19,Kiel:18,Doug:19,Leon:21,Dylas:20,Arthur:22
I'm not sure about the girls though,but i think they said somewhere that forte was the oldest?

As for the girls, no idea, still haven't played as Lest.

Xiao Pai is actually older than Lest, according to her dialogue which is adorable IMO :D

Hashimoto (the producer/writer) gave his opinion going by looks, and he put Kiel the youngest, then Arthur-Doug-Vishnal around the same age, then Dylas, then Leon being the oldest.

Arthur may be calm and knowledgeable, but he’s still lacking experiences, which explains why he’s in the same age range with Vishnal and Doug. For my opinion:
Leon: Early 30's
Dylas: Late 20's
Doug/Arthur/Vishnal: Early 20's
Kiel: 16-18
Lest: Early 20's, or 18-19

The gals are harder to place for me. I'd say that Forte/Meg are probably mid to late 20's, Clorica/Dolce mid 20's, Xiao early 20's (but older than Lest) and Amber "16-18" for appearance alone.

The thing about Meg and DOlly is that they're also both ELVES. Elves age MUCH slower than humans. (It's part of Meg's marriage events that this comes up.) So Meg and Dolly could legit be any age of maturity, and we can't tell because they don't age as quickly as humans.

I think what hashimoto meant by dylas and leon being the oldest is that they're guardians and so have slept for decades thus making them the oldest? Either way i cant quite picture leon being so old since he certainly doesnt act like it at times lol. I'd say he's around the range of 21-26~

Eh, I dunno, man. There are lots of people that don't act their age. (My avatar, for example. Jade Curtiss from Tales of the Abyss. Just look at that trolling face- the man's 35.)

It isn't outside the realm of possibility, though. Personally I can't see him in his early twenties. Late, definitely.

I tried to imagine what my friends/peers and I looked like in high school as opposed to college. I'm 30 and I think all the characters look much younger than me or anyone my age, except for the old people.

Factor in their personalities, and you can add 5-10 years to most of these, except for the old people again.

It's like Anime. You just give up until the creator or character says it. BALLS

I don't really know, But that's just what I imagine their ages are.

Amber seem like 10-13 to me. She probable the youngest age to get marry in Japan or medieval times. However, we never know unless the creator said the age of each characters. Beside it's the MC marry them and not us lol
