Which types of fruit trees and other crop trees are in Story of Seasons?

Where can you find each type of tree that produces crops for you?

How do they grow in this game?

Trees unlock from the Trade Depot vendors as you unlock them. They grow in a normal field, but cannot be moved once planted.
