Seedling. I've been super busy lately and don't have a lot of time to play making me not want to put up with the original's requirements.

Seedling! I like the extra stamina and money, but it's still enough of a challenge so far. It's definitely harder to come by some materials in this game if you don't want to spend all kinds of money to buy them. (Where is all the big lumber?!?!) For me, wooing my bachelors is my top priority, and since that isn't any less challenging in Seedling, I just went for it.

Seedling! I would have picked veteran, but I'm a full-time student with a part-time job, so I don't want to spend all my time grinding. Whenever I get time, my next file will be veteran.

I still decided to picked Seedling mode. Even in this mode, I still felt the challenge and I don't want to frustrate myself since real life obligations took a toll lately so I want to relax.

Oh, wow! The overwhelming amount of people playing original/veteran mode makes me want to play it, too. I'm on the fence about which mode to play, seeing as the difference is so very little and the only real benefit (for me) is the changes to stamina used. Guess we'll see how I feel once the game's in my hands.

Well, i decided to play normal or veteran mode. I want to try this one out first, and then i will most likely play seedling mode in my second file.

I did debate on this in the "chose your difficult" screen, on whether the price drops and stamina usage in seedling mode was appealing, and it is, but i wanted to go "hardcore" on my first file.

I picked seedling. If only because I said I would before I got the game, and I wanted to be a person of my word.

I chose seedling. I really like having things to work for in the game but I find myself getting bored if it's a ridiculously high requirement or something.
I've played HM games for like 8 years so I know I could handle normal mode, but I'm enjoying seedling so far and I think I'd rather it be relaxing (even a little bit easy) rather than too hard and frustrating for me.

Sorry, I meant on File 1 and then File 2, or firstnplaythrough vs second. A lot of my friends are doing one mode then the other so I included the options. Also no, the difficulty stays set once you select it.

Nobody should feel bad about what level they are playing on! If you want to play seedling the game can still be challenging, but really, just go whatever is fun for you, that's the point.

That being said my goodness! Stamina runs out sooo quick x_x Been going to sleep like at 2pm daily haha

I started with Seedling, then when I decided I was more interested in bachelors than the bachelorettes, I made a new file and chose Original. I think Seedling is a little too easy for me, easier than ANB...

Original! It's a bit weird but I feel like it would be unfair for my other characters to have to suffer through original and not this one.
