I didn't get my plush with my preorder :(

I went to GameStop maybe a hour ago and I got my game, but not my plush. He told me he ran out of them because of other preorders, but I was told I'm the only one who preordered the game a few days ago when I went to pay it off. I feel like I'm being lied too.

Maybe try calling them tomorrow and see if there's a different employee? There's been many reports of employees not knowing anything about the bonus item, and then finding out about it later one.

I went in this morning and the employee didn't give me a plush bit I was scared and didn't ask about it. But I called like an hour ago and asked and a different employee said they did have them in! So I asked if I could go and pick it up and he said sure. So now I got my prouder bonus Hopefully you get yours.

Aw that sucks. I had my dad pick up the game for me and he had to ask for the plush otherwise they wouldn't have given it to him because the employee either forgot or didn't know about it.

The gal at Gamestop looked confused when I asked about the rabbit heh, I got mine but she had to look for one in the back (guess whomever set up the few preordered didn't put the rabbits near them or something). But seriously, that doesn't sound right, shouldn't there be one rabbit per preorder? Hopefully the person didn't give them out to someone else or try to keep it. I'd definitely call someone and make certain that if they did run out they are going to handle it.

If you aren't able to get it through the store tomorrow, escalate to corporate ASAP, sometimes they will get an extra box or two just in case stuff like this happens.

All three of the copies I got came with a Rabbit, the two from Amazon were sealed to the game, in fact. My GameStop guy looked pretty, um, tired? But he was on top of the Bunny Situation. (The extra two copies + bunnies are for my sister and her gf.)

Yup, I had to ask specifically for the preorder item and the lady who helped me had no idea it existed before she found it in the drawer. I'd call back and ask about it if you really want it.

Originally I didn't get my rabbit my husband nor the employee knew about it, so I called back and asked and they guy checked found it and apologized saying he'd hold it for us if we couldn't get it that day. We went and got it and got apologized to again :3 I think it's cause their so tiny and easy to forget :D our store had them in the drawers

I hope you can get your plushie! calling tomorrow sounds good (: at my game stop the employee did remember about the plushie. also on another note, I think a lot of people still don't know about the name change. the employee was a harvest moon fan yet didn't know story of seasons was the new name for it. I was pretty surprised ngl.

When I went in they tried to ring me up without a plushie, but I asked for it and after confusion amongst the three employees, they found it and gave it to me. It is pretty tiny. It is really cute so I can see a scumbag employee keeping it or giving it to someone. Make sure you get that plushie, even if you have to call corporate like someone else said.
