And also how do I edit my farm? My craft table only has edit home.

You should be able to edit your farm from the working bench. Are you accessing edit mode from what looks like a miniature version of your room on the working bench or the piece of furniture between your bed and the calendar? The second one only allows to edit home. At least, this is how it works in the japanese version.
