The table is large and takes up so much room in my house.

You cannot move the bed, table, or chairs however you can upgrade your house which gives you more room around the area of the table. The bed always stays in the top left corner with each upgrade.
On a lighter note, you can change the designs of then! Just craft the design and then press A on the bed/table/chair and you can choose what design you want! You can even have chairs that don't match each other.
