Ushi No Tane Forum

I've been looking around the forums, but haven't found anything. I'm on Spring 10 and every time I go to the counter at the Guild, I keep being told they're still setting stuff up. Is this usual? Is there a certain day I can start using the Guild? Thanks to anyone that can help me figure this out.

I forgot when the Streetpass option opens up but the multiplayer option opens up on Spring 26th

This is normal. I'm sorry I can't remember the exact date, but for me it was much later in the month, like the last week.
