How do you meet Dessie? And the little witch too? They're so adorable I want to meet them. I've had I think 4 or 5 of those farm inspections cutscenes from the harvest sprites. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Witchie appears starting in fall year 1, go to the forest area during a sunny day. Dessie, starting spring year 2, if you have seen all farm inspection scenes and the day is sunny (and you unlocked Witchie).
