This is kind of a silly question, but is there like an actual schedule for vendor arrivals? Have I missed something? All I have is Silk Country right now, but it seems like she never comes to town and I end up with huge stacks of stuff waiting to go.
I kind of miss having a shipping bin...
Where are the vendors??

They don't come every day. You can check your calendar to see if they are coming that day. To see the requirements to unlock the other vendors check cher's guide ^^, you have to ship like 100k first (I think Cher has it on her guide, it's hard for me to link or check right now because im on my phone ^^;)
