Where can I get flowers?

So I guess the title speaks for itself, but I was trying to collect some flowers in anticipation of the Spring Flower Festival, I'm on Spring 15 and I've only seen one moondrop flower this entire season, I'm guessing you cannot buy flower seeds before the 31st of Spring, so is there anywhere to buy flowers/is it weird that I've only seen one moondrop flower this entire season so far?

you should be able to gather just enough for every villager, give or take a few ( in my experience I had 1 leftover and had given maybe 2-3 out before the festival). Keep looking around Piedmont, I think more will start growing towards the end of spring. You might just be unlucky tho.

Sorry I don't know where you buy flowers but wild ones take a few days to grow. If you dive a lot go to where the rice is growing, dive into the water and swim to the other side, there should be another dock. You can sometimes find flowers there. Otherwise just keep on looking in the foraging areas.(especially under where Fritz's farm is, where the rivèr is, i can always find moon drops growing there) Once in a while you will see really tiny flowers that look like moon drops but there tiny. Click at them and it should say somthing like "I should wait until these grow" remember where it is in a few days it should grow into a full moon drop flower.

Yeah, I've tried all that but I've still only seen one moondrop flower, I guess I'm just unlucky?
I hope I can find a few more or at least one for Raeger.
Has anyone else had this problem?

The best spot I've found for flowers is in the Piedmont area near the river. They grow in the grassy area where you find pebbles and twigs and bugs. Does take a couple days for them to grow though.

Yu will unlock multiplayer a few days before flower day, then you can ask around. I have one, and a few are growing, if you want to add my FC it is in my signature. Just pm me yours if you want.
