...and they're actually called Clippers. No wonder I couldn't find them in the shop inventory! I feel so dumb now.

General Store. "Old Clippers" is what they're called.

I think you have to buy the blueprint from the Silk Country first, make them and then Otmar starts selling them. I'm not 100% on it, but that's how I got my clippers.

I never had to buy the blueprint. They were at the general store the day after I bought a sheep! Make sure you're looking for "Old Clippers" in the list and not just "Clippers"! That's how I missed it the first time I was looking for it haha.
