I can't get Elise's 2nd to last rivalry event to activate, despite the fact I should meet all criteria by now? She's at a pink flower and her reputation with me should be at or over 2000, because you need 1500 to activate Cow Birth... The only thing I can think of that might be messing me up is if you don't get +100 reputation from agreeing to let her use a public field if she offers you money? Is that it? I'm in Winter of year 2. I've been trying to activate the event since yesterday and it's driving me up the wall.
