Best multiplayer times?

What times of day have you noticed that the most people are on multiplayer? Sometimes I run into a lot of people, and others I can't get anyone. I haven't noticed a pattern yet, so I was looking for some more input.
Alternatively, what time do you like to go on multiplayer?
