Bored after act II

I beat Act II...and now it's nothing but pointless events and pointless convos. Can anyone tell me how to start act 3? Or at least how to start Leon's sub event!! Dylan's proposed..but I turned him down. I really want to move forward

The RNGosaurus has to give up the Memories town event for you to progress into Arc 3. It also has to give up Leon's sub-event.
It's not all that inclined to give either up.
That is to say: they're both Town Events, and that means they're completely and utterly random in terms of triggering. You can either get them through RNG manipulation (detailed in a section of
this guide) or waiting patiently. Sorry.
