Restoration 5 help

So, I am on the last Restoration Plan and only need to complete one more task: build a watchtower. I've been playing for seasons already and the blueprints have not shown up yet at Rebecca's shop.

Is there something I need to do? Or just...wait?

Well it should have unlocked itself when the restoration plan started. Did you buy it accidentally then forget about it?

Yeah, basically what AngelSigh said, the watchtower is unlocked from Rebecca's Designs once you start restoration plan 5, so perhaps you've bought it without knowing? You should probably check your blueprints to see if you've purchased it already
