Electronic Gaming Monthly is a magazine that almost always plays some sort of April Fools prank. This is the same magazine that told us that Sonic and Tails could be unlocked in Super Smash Bros. Melee if a score of twenty or above was obtained in Cruel Melee. While a fake cheat used to be the typical prank, the magazine changed ways ever-so-slightly to catch readers off guard.
There is no realistic re-make of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. It is merely a cute joke.
