Elise's Second to Last Rival Event Not Triggering?

I wish I could check the amount of rival points I have with Elise. I feel like I'm past the required amount of points to see her second to last rival event, but it never happens. Any tips for how to trigger it? In the mean time, I'll still be participating in the rival farm plots; I pretty much win every time now and every time she or someone else wants the farm land I'm occupying, I always give it to Elise even though she technically pays me for it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
