Fashion fiesta prizes

I'm in Fall Year 1 and I managed to win the Fashion Fiesta (with some save scumming 
). But I didn't get any of the prizes listed in the guide.. I only got a Chic Cabinet instead.. Is this normal?
edit: I'm guessing Chic Cabinet is the "Stylish Closet" listed in Cher's guide?
