From my point of view, it looks like this person has a bag on the right side and on the left side some sort of pockets. It could be male or female. He or she could be some sort of archaeologist.

New Bachelor Moving To Town
Good morning, fellow newshounds! Naomi here, on the trail of the HOTTEST NEWS STORY YET! Our interviewee has agreed to sit down if we promise not to show his face. An unusual request, to be sure, but the editor in chief at the paper was willing to do so, and here we are with a brand new interview! Let’s kick things off with a few basic questions before we dive into the juicy details:
Q: Mystery gentleman, can we have your name?
A: Sure! My name's Luke!
Q: So, let's get back to basics as they say these days: how old are you, and when is your birthday?
A: My birthday is Summer 7th! And how old am I? Uh... Oh jeez, I forgot!
Q: What do you do for a living, Luke?
A: I'm studying how to make medicine from herbs! I'm especially interested in studying rare plant life! I've travelled all over studying medicine! It's because I love helping people, you know?
Q: Do you like animals?
A: Of course! But human patients are my specialty. I'll leave the animal care to the real professionals!
Q: What attracted you to Hillsville?
A: Well, the Lost Valley was really lost until recently I hear, having been under a curse of eternal winter! Now that the seasons are back, I can't wait to see what secrets the valley might hold! Hopefully a bunch of ingredients for new medicines!
Q: So you're definitely moving in?
A: I'm still figuring that out, but if I decide to stay I'll probably move in sometime in the middle of June!
Q: I see you’re carrying a bag! What's inside it?
A: Oh, I'm glad you asked! Let's see here... I've got some basil, lavender, chamomile, ginger, some garlic, a pinch of...

Who is this mysterious man?!
Good evening, fellow newshounds! Naomi here, back with the newest eligible bachelor coming to The Lost Valley.
Q: Now that you’re done rummaging in your bag Luke, next question! Do you have any siblings?
A: Uh, not that I know of! But life is full of surprises, so you never know, right?
Q: What's your favorite food? Is there any sweets you're particularly fond of?
A: I'm a big fan of tomatoes, actually! They're quite healthy for you, you know! I like most vegetables, actually!
Q: Do you have someone special in your life?
A: Not right now! Travelling and studying medicine has kept me pretty busy! But...maybe I'd stay put...for the right girl.
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: I enjoy hiking! Walking somewhere new lets me discover new plants to use in my medicines!
Q: Is there anything you're looking for in a lovely lady?
A: Just someone with an open mind, you know? And maybe someone who can teach me to be more focused on stuff!
Q: Let's see here...*shuffles notes*... "Do you bleed?" My audience asks some very bizarre questions!
A: I...prefer not to!
Q: Well then, a final question: are you willing to reveal anything about how you look?
A: Hmm... Let's say I’m a blue-eyed blond! You'll have to spot me around the valley to discover anything else!

New Bachelorette Spotted in the Valley
Good morning, fellow newshounds! Naomi here, on the trail of a SPICY NEWS STORY! Our interviewee has agreed to sit down if we promise not to show her face. We've seen this request before with Luke, but the editor in chief at the paper was willing to do so once again, so here we are with a brand new interview! Let's kick things off with the basic questions before we dive into the juicy details:
Q: Mystery lady, can we have your name?
A: Of course. My name is Andrea.
Q: So, how old are you, and when is your birthday?
A: I am 22 years old, and my birthday is Winter 21st.
Q: What do you do for a living, Andrea? I see you have a bag with you!
A: As you may be able to tell from my appearance, I am a clocksmith. Therefore, I work with very small items that need to be magnified. My satchel is filled with clock parts, blueprints, and notes where I write down my latest ideas for new kinds of clocks.
Q: Do you like animals? How do you feel about dogs?
A: I like animals a lot, actually, and dogs are kind of like a clock in and of themselves: they wake you up in the morning, go for walks with you in the afternoon, and lay down to sleep with you at night.
Q: What attracted you to Hillsville?
A: Well, I was already a resident of Hillsville, but I was looking for a secluded studio for my clockmaking so I could concentrate without any interruptions. I had hoped to find a studio in the Lost Valley, but, well, that is a story for another time...
Q: Your hair is very long! How do you get it to grow so beautifully?
A: Like my clocks, it is simply my own personal style. I feel that my looks are an extension of my personality, and therefore I always try to convey that.
Q: I see you’re wearing some very unique eyewear! Do you have poor vision?
A: Thank you for the compliment. This was actually a gift from my grandfather. When I wear it, I feel like good ideas will come to me. It also helps me when I'm working, of course.

A: No, I don't have any siblings. However, my father has been both an excellent parent to me, as well as teaching me how to become a great clocksmith.
Q: What's your favorite food? Do you like fish?
A: I don't really have a favorite food. Anything that can provide sustenance to me while I'm making clocks is good enough for me.
Q: Do you have someone special in your life? Have you made any friends in your brief visits to Hillsville?
A: I'm always open to making new friends, and I would certainly be open to a relationship if we both matched up well.
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: I spend most of my time thinking about new designs for clocks.
Q: Is there anything you're looking for in a suave gentleman?
A: Someone who inspires me...especially if that someone can inspire me to make the best clocks I can make.
