Help Please!

So I've gotten the strawberry jam recipe and have placed my barn and bought sugar and basically have everything I need for the spring crystal except for THE KITCHEN. I can't buy anything from Doc and the kitchen isn't even listed. I have no idea what to do or if I missed something. Please help!

Doc's items are constructed by him using ingredients that you bring, so the items in his inventory will be grayed-out unless you have the appropriate materials in your bag. The kitchen is in his second tab of inventory items.

If you just completed his barn request, then you might need to wait until Doc's next visit to check his inventory for the kitchen.
