LOL, I feel dumb. I figured the nodes just turned into boulders...and the trees would stay. So I grabbed all the nodes I could (because hey, good stuff there) and grudgingly chopped down the trees. Now I can just ignore the stupid trees. Yay!

Well, you may or may not know this, but the Lost Valley themes are already released.

Yup, it got kinda lost in the discussion, but we already bought them :P

They're 99 cents each or 2.99 dollars for the bundle.

It's a good thing for him he's cute. This morning, he ate my Master Sword stylus. >:(

The real dog, I mean. The plush ones get into very little trouble LOL.

Oh wow he really does look like the harvest mutt.

Also ouch, I hated it when my dogs were young and chewed on my stuff. It's like they have a radar for the expensive stuff.

LOL, he's FIVE. He should know better by now! I can see how it'd be tempting though...he loves plastic. Once he ate a pen--which exploded all over him, his pillow, the floor....early morning bath, scrubbed hundreds of blue paw prints off the floor, and had a slightly blue dog for a couple weeks.

The doggie looks like a Chihuahua cross to me. I love doggies.

I'm almost finished with one of Brutus' requests so hopefully that unlocks the grey tile. I'm getting brown fences and yellow tiles now to make nice paths to and from my various destinations in my scenic "I have too many waterfalls" valley.

I planted 12 more trees for my 2nd orchard. Can't wait til they grow. I really wish there was a way to stop boulders/rocks from magically appearing everywhere. They really miss up my walls by appearing all along the parapet and messing up the decor. I have to go there every day to see at least 6 rocks there to smash.

Totally chihuahua-something. Terrier of some sort, most likely. Got him at the pound, and they thought he was half corgi (definitely not). Our area is innundated with chihuahua crosses; yet another thing we can "thank" Paris Hilton for.

If you do put the tiles up on the wall, it should stop the random rocks appearing up there. Or make it an earth castle and plant trees!

Boulders don't spawn on tiles? Now I'm definitely going to do this project. Hooray!

P.S. Is your dog jealous of your theme? What you said about chihuahua crosses reminds me of movies that feature animals. It's sad, but true. Movies like 101 Dalmatians and Finding Nemo makes kids want to get their very own Dals and clownfish, and then they toss them away when they find out how hard it is to take care of them. When Jaws came out, tons of poor sharks were killed by sportsmen and hunters because they thought every shark was a bloodthirsty man-eater, and the only good shark was a dead one. I love sharks so it was pretty sad. The author of Jaws actually did a 180 and became a supporter for sharks later on. That was pretty cool. Anyway, it's sad that people believe everything they see in the media. Sharks and crocs aren't going to kill you on sight, people!!

P.P.S. I had a dog ages ago. A black german shepherd doggie, which coincidentally is my fave breed. Wanna see pics of his cuteness?

Yeah, I really don't think they can spawn on tiles...I haven't extensively tested this of course. I'd suggest that before going nuts making tiles you lay down a patch over in Gorgan-land to see if it can happen. But I am guessing that they can't.

And there was talk of a live-action Lady and the Tramp movie ages ago; I shudder in horror. Cocker spaniels are already a hot mess of a breed (for crying out loud, they are a SPORTING BREED, and if you throw a show-coated cocker spaniel into water, it's likely going to drown. The coat absorbs the water and RIP, doggie), and what they need is a long, LONG period of disfavor (and for someone to realize that those coats are not proper for the breed---golden retrievers are headed this way, too). If you're gonna make a dog movie, it should feature nothing but rescued MUTTS. Not that people wouldn't try to recreate them, but at least a few people might head to the shelter instead of the pet store...

(and I am always down for cute doggie photos. Though I warn you, I have a couple of cute doggy photo trump cards to play still. Heh)

Rocks only spawn on dry land and stone. No flooring or bridges or anything else.

So your towers will be safe.

Edit: oh and also!

Your pic with your dog was featured on CeeCee's tumblr and presumably the official Facebook too.

Yup, they asked me for permission this morning :). Now I REALLY wish I had remembered to take my SLR home, instead of just taking a quick'n'lazy with my ipod LOL.

CeeCee also featured my valley (with pics) too in the official tumblr/FB/whatever. It was pretty cool seeing people's comments about it :D

This is Blade, my no-longer-with-me doggie, a black german shepherd dog. This is the youngest photo I have of him. I have some more if you want to see. .

Also, yay for no boulder spawning on tiles.
