So I came into some money recently, but I can't decide on what game I want (Mostly between ANB and ToTT). I have SoS (love it), DSCute, FoMT, MM and AWL
I want ToTT bc it's cheaper, but I've been eyeing ANB for a while now too. I was wondering if ANB is close to SoS (and if so, how close?), or if you guys prefer ToTT, or if there is another HM game you recommend?
I know a new "rune factory" came out, it looks REALLY fun, but there is no marriage factor which is a big bummer for me. I haven't played Rune Factory 3, so if anyone recommends that I would totally be down.

ANB is somewhat same as SoS. Well, you do need to build a lot more in ANB, but it's still fun.
ToTT is also one of my favourites. Married Ash in that one. <3

Also, The Lost Valley is another game I really enjoy. It has bad rep, so I understand if you don't really think of it as an option

I never really thought of Lost Valley bc of the bad rep, as you said, but I hear the DC has really changed the game. I'm not a huge fan of the chibiness and heard it was not as farming, but I will definitely take a look at it again (it's pretty cheap lol)
As for the similarities, I had a feeling SoS and ANB would be similar, which is why I'm hesitant to buy a $30 game when I got a similar $40 one a month ago. But I love Soseki/Allen, and it still would be fun to switch it up a little (I love the building part of the game btw). Out of the ToTT bachelors, I really like Dirk and the Oracle. I find the bachelors a bit lacking (look wise) but the bachelorettes are really good IMO.
