I feel like I'm the only person who likes Allen better than Neil. Allen may be cocky, but I still adore him. I can not stand Neil. I do not like tsunderes. They are the worst anime stereo type imo.

I like tsuns a lot, but for some reason I do not like Neil. But Allen on the other hand, he is cocky and it's hilarious, and he also seems to express a genuine interest for the MC. Idk, I really like Allen and Soseki, but I don't like any of the other bachelors in the game, especially Rod (please don't kill me Rod-lovers)

I've never played ANB, but from what I've read and heard, I'd probably go for Allen too. I don't really like tsundere either and that description kind of perfectly fits Neil. I'd probably go after Soseki though, even if whining can be annoying too.

I like allen in the game, and I find it weird that neil in the game has the same blond hair as the first cow you get. Creepy! And I know some people like rod, but to me he looks more like a kid then husband material

It's probably because of the hair and orange outfit, and maybe the glasses too, but Rod just reminds me too much of Naruto Hence why I probably wouldn't go for him.

He reminds me of Naruto (dem shota types X3) but I love Naruto. And I would totally choose him if he was a marriage candidate, but not Rod. I don't like Rod, he is definitely not husband material.

On the other hand, Allen is awesome. One of my top 3 favourite bachelors in a harvest moon game (Skye, Soseki, Allen)

We are new here, so we wish to say that we also like Allen better than Neil.
Neil is to...(in anime terms)...Sasuke... >_>
He's too stale and has a little too much of Vaughn mixed into it, which makes him like a bad trade off somehow o.o

Allen is cocky, but not in the way like Rock was before. He's funny and has a bit more depth behind his personality :3
That makes him more attractive, whcih makes him more likeable to us :D

Absolutely! I know people who said they want to punch Allen in the face, but hey, I understand! Soseki is great, right?! Like so cool!!! I want them to bring him and Allen back for the next SoS. (I also want Skye back, but I'm not sure that will happen *sigh*)

As for Sasuke, Neil is definitely a tsun and Sasuke is a tsun, but I see them differently. I'm not going to spoil, but if you watched all of Naruto you might understand why I think them different hehe thought totally understand what you're trying to say: they are both tsundere types :3

That is why Harvest Moon is so great. It gives each type of fan a character to flock around xD

We know the series. We also know the newer episodes and also why others might like his character, but for us it feels like the entire story is pushed too far right now. It's much like with Dragonball Z to Dragonball GT. We were content with how DBZ ended so DBGT felt like an unnecessary push onto the story. Naruto feels the same way right now. It's getting too far and too crazy, too over-powered and too radical. It feels like the Naruto series tries to be something else. That is just our opinion, though. :3

But yes, Neil feels very much Tsundere >_>

Haha, I can't stand Allen, I mean theres a difference between.. not sure what to call it, between just being mean and poking a bit or such. Allen strikes me as more mean/annoying.
Might also be because imo he often looks so "strict"

Haha, nah! I'm actually not too much of an Allen fan myself, thus far I prefer Rod to be honest. I guess I'm just a sucker for the "nice guys". XD
