Can anyone help me out with a yam seed?

I'm working on town restoration plan 4 and I'm in fall of year one. I would love not having to wait a whole in-game year to start working on those 30 yams I have to ship.
I only need one yam seed or one yam as I have the seed maker.
I don't have that much useful to trade, but if you are willing to help let me know what you want in return and I will try to get it.
