For the bachelors, I definitely like Rod and Neil's blushing faces the most. It seems like it's a super special thing, because Neil is fiddling with his fingers and looking away, while Rod is just straight out blushing and scratching his head nervously. So cute~ My least favorite would probably be Allen... I don't know, I just don't like how he kinda looks childish when he blushes. But meh.

As for the bachelorettes, I'm biased for Iroha. She's my favorite bachelorette and she's super pretty. No least favorite for the girls, they're just all adorable cinnamon rolls haha.

I'm hugely biased towards Sanjay since he's my favourite Harvest Moon character in the entire series, but I think it's really sweet that he can look you in the eye even when he's blushing. Amir comes second for me for more or less the same reason, and I like that he has his hand raised, like even though he's shy or flustered, he's not going to back down from saying what he wants to say.

I don't like Neil's blushing sprite because it looks so awkward to me. Soseki's blushing sprite looks like a mess, but I suppose it fits his character.

For the girls, Tina and Iroha are two of my favourites because they're just adorable. I like Yuri's too because her changes in expression are usually subtle but she seems really overwhelmed when she blushes which is so cute to me.

As for the girls, I'm not too familiar with their blushy faces, but I seem to remember seeing a few of them in videos... I agree that Yuri looks so adorable when she's flustered.
