Help! Stuck..

Okay so, In my game I have Neil up to a red heart.
I give him Yak milk every day and speak to him everyday.
I've seen his Black, Purple and Green heart events.
He has accepted my commitment ring, so we are dating.

It's just I can't seem to trigger his Yellow heart event, I have been going on Fri, Sat or Sun from 6am till 6pm. But it doesn't trigger, I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I have read Fogu on his heart events and been doing what it says....but it isn't triggering...I am in Winter year 1, just a bit after the Starry Nights festival event.

And his Yellow heart just isn't triggering...

Can anyone help me please?

P.s Now I am in year 2 of Summer and still no trigger.

Somebody who has actually courted Neil might have more insight than I, but I remember I had difficulty triggering his black heart event because I forgot to check that he was actually inside his house before I walked into it. Maybe try walking into his house first thing in the morning while he's still eating when it's a sunny weekend?

Ignore this topic. I didn't see his yellow heart event..

But I went ahead and gave him a Blue feather, and we got married :D
