Could you please tell me how "grinding" works in Nohr?
I heard that there is absolutely no way to gain EXP other than from the real chapters and the EXP DLC map...Is this true? I mean, I was thinking of getting some DLCs, like the Awakening Trio one and the Witch one but it seems a bit pointless that way then..lol

I'm currently playing through Nohr right now actually. In the Hoshido and IK routes theres an option on the map that lets you visit past maps and battle enemies for a fee (thats pretty much free anyways since you get money back from it), but in the Nohr route they've taken it out. You can still do the my castle battles but I believe there are only three of them throughout the story, so I believe you are limited to the EXP DLC map.
I vaguely feel like you can get EXP off of visiting other peoples my castles and fighting their units, but I could be wrong. I might just be thinking of the dragon vein points you get from it.
I've only completed Hoshido and IK, someone who has gotten to end game Nohr should answer too since it wouldn't make sense for there not to be a free way to grind for the meta.

No problem!!
They were pretty easy, I grind a lot by default though and play on hard/casual so I may be the wrong person to ask. For some reason the repetition grinding brings is really pleasing to me.
I found myself grinding in IK more though, all I really grinded in Hoshido was Felicia.
I'm also really impatient about waiting for the meta which is another reason for lots of grinding haha...
Someone else might want to answer this question.

If you have the money to buy the EXP DLC it works, I found it to be more difficult than Awakening's honestly which was nice. Felicia is kinda cute but I'm starting to prefer Flora over her. I'm not sure how viable my Felicia build was for the meta, and I didn't have a certain team build anyways. I did win a match though once using solo Sakura!Kinu as I believe a dread fighter, that was pretty good.
I'm most likely going to incorporate Flora into my next team (I have to replay IK since I missed her the first time), her personal skill sounds VERY fun to play around with. I'm thinking about including Effie too, I like her a lot.
And no worries! If someone wants us to stop though please let us know, I don't want to take up the whole thread..
In regards to what Matoi's named in the NA release of Fates, personally hoping they just pull a Severa / Luna / Selena and just name her Tiamo as a shoutout to Cordelia's Japanese name.

okay, so me in South east asia finally give up for Special Edition FE:fates, gonna buy the birthright and buy the rest as DLC's (i have to buy extra SD Card exclusive for FE:fates too lol)
i really hope playasia will stock it later just a few days before 19th feb--- ;__;
