Can tools be given via multi-player in HM:ANB 3DS? Or no go like SOS 3DS in multi-player?
Just need better Axe to cut down pine trees in town to place Newspaper Building... Already cut down the majority of the other trees.

As said, tools can't be traded. To get the tool upgrades, befriend Iroha and she'll give you the blueprints to make them yourself, once she has enough friendship points.
