Mangos, Bananas, and French Toast, oh my!

It's taking a while to befriend the turtles to get to the other island, so I would really like to grab some mango and banana seedlings. I would like two pairs of each, but I will settle for one each!
Also, I am trying to get the fireplace, sofa set, and hot spring from Sandra's stall, but I am having some difficulty getting recipes while fishing. So I need some of the items needed for each of those items, which are:
1 french toast at 2.5 or higher
1 cappuccino at 1.5 or higher
1 summer milk tea at 2.5 or higher
1 oshinko roll at 2.5 or higher
1 banana au lait at 1.5 or higher
I have a few extra coconuts to give away, as well as bottles, ores, high level crops, as well as an assortment of other goodies to trade for these items!
