Amethyst for a maker shed? Help a newbie out?

I could really use an amethyst to help get my maker shed started. I just made it to fall of year 1. I don't have much but I'll trade what I can.

You click Multiplayer from the main menu. Choose the file you want to use. Click on Internet Communication. Choose Play friend to trade with someone on your Friends list. Create or Search a room. You pick what animals to bring with you, and what Item you want to trade. Then you wait for others to join the room your in.
