Not enough wood and stone

So I'm at the part the game when you have to get 10 wood and stone to build Rebecca a house, the problem is I have collected everything in the area but apparently I don't have enough I've checked everywhere and there isn't anything else. I want to know if it's a glitch and if there is anyway to fix it. Also has anyone experienced the same issue??

Sometimes someone is standing on one of them. Also they can be hidden behind things. Also also they can be anywhere on that screen. Just check everywhere and you'll find them eventually.

There's one over by the waterfall near the Goddess Spring that I usually overlook. Try checking over there.

I seem to be in a bind and in need of Chamomile.. Willing to trade. my FC is 2079-7761-6578
I'm in year 1 Fall 14 and i'm trying to finish the town restoration 2 so I can get the mine open, I have 1 chamomile but can't make seeds from it since
obviously I need an amethyst for the makers shed and can't get an amethyst until the mine is open T.T I really
need just 5 chamomile and I'll be set. I have bees? honey combs? wood and stone? QQ
