It seems more like a fan work to me, but well it's an official work released some times ago on jp amazon.
The plot takes place from Year 1 Spring to Starlight Gala on Year 1 Winter. The canon pairing featured is Minori X Raeger, with other characters like Fritz (must have best buddy!), Elize (for giving the horse?), Lutz & Melanie (cute kids for more cuteness). The story will begin as in the game where Minori comes to the town after reading the flyer. Minori have active & cute personality in this novel, as she actually has interesting first impressions. Examples include thinking Elise is looking down on her when they first met at forest road area and how Raeger being a lady charmer with only looks the first time she visits the restaurant.

Overall it is a fun novel with lots of cute illustration :)
