Yes! I really disliked having to twiddle my thumbs when waiting for Raeger to get off his shift or Klaus to stop writing/eating. I'm sure it was awkward for them as well.

Right? I mean I'm glad SoS didn't have as long of meals (2 hours for each meal in ANB was ridiculous) but I can't really think of a good reason for you to just have to sit there and waste so much time.

Then you have characters like Rae who won't talk to you and will tell you to get out of his kitchen-chan constantly. Stuff like that I'd like to see changed, even if it's slightly more 'realistic' with it, I guess.

no but seriously that was a thing that was present in AWL too and I just don't understand, because it seems like something they have to deliberately program in so does Marv just hate us

I gifted Raeger while he's working...however I agree with the eating thing.

My guess is because Marvelous devs don't think of it like I do: I love the idea of my farmer running up to people who are enjoying a nice meal, shoving a box in their face without a word, and running off. They went for more realism, which admittedly if someone interrupted my meal time, even to give me gifts, I'd be pretty mad too. Don't get between people and food, man. (But seriously I hope we can again because please.)

I dunno, if someone wanted to give me a gift, I'd take the gift with my greasy hands and thank them with my mouth full of food.

But I like it when I bother people with gifts while they're eating /hit.

Seriously I hope the requirements for marriage are easier this time around.

I once (unintentionally) completely ignored my high school crush saying hi to me when I was eating lunch sooooo. I'd be that npc you'd have to wait for :p

On a random (on topic note) I like how the main character designs match. The female MC's braids are adorable and I love her chibi.

I'm hoping we get more than 2. Or at least if we must have 2 per town, there's 1 boy and 1 girl that are somehow special. We shall see, I suppose. Either way I'm just super excited. And I know more Japanese now than I did for the last game, so I might be able to play beyond just mashing buttons and hoping for the best.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's only two marriage candidates per town
