Hi, I just did the 'more likely to rain' edit combo (tin watering can x10) but it doesn't seem to rain more than usual in my game. Does anyone know by how much this combo increases the likelihood of rain?
If it's not by much I might not bother because it takes up a lot of room.

Edit Combo Question
Apparently, they don't kick in at all until you work through to the point the weather is already forecast in advance, but I've also heard that they don't work at all or don't increase the chances of it happening enough to waste the space.
Have not tried putting one down myself because the reaction to the weather combos has been overwhelmingly negative or just meh.

The combo increases the chance for raining/snowing by 20%, decrease the chance of sunny day by 20%. So it's not going to work all the time. But after I put it to use, I have 2 consecutive raining days during Spring and raining on first day of Summer! I guess with Summer's low chance of raining this combo helps out at least a little.
