The next Famitsu comes out next week on the 12th in Japan (11th here), so most likely then. We'll probably know by Tuesday when previews come out if we're getting information, and if so, scans will drop on Wednesday.

So the light brown haired guy from Wes Town for a bachelor, and then this fox character for bachelorette(?) named Inarichama. Dessie and Witchie look to be back, and there looks to be a Hamtaro collab? huh.

Back in middle school I used to blow off my friend/karate/swimming class to come home and watch Hamtaro and Zatch Bell....Its no wonder why I only have so few friends >.>

Looks like Dessie and um...witch-kins is back.
I don't know how I feel about them making a return. I was kinda hoping they'd stay away for at least one game.

Looks like witchie will have the same function as Witch Princess in ANB: appearance changes like eye color, skin color & face type. Also having a fox lady bachelorette is awesome.

I'm guessing the new guy is the doctor from the white bedsheets and the white room that's next to his official art. I think I know what bachelorette I'm going after now! She looks SO adorable! I wonder if this means that Neil isn't coming back? We have 6 bachelorettes already and they're all new. I think Inarichama is definitely a bachelorette because there's chibi art next to her and there hasn't been any chibi art next to the villagers.

I am glad about Dessie and Witchkins; they were cute in SoS.

Hamtaro?! I loved it when I was a kid and now I may get to have him as a pet!

Actually, now I'm thinking, what if there are 7 candidates this time around? Unless Inarichama is in Westown we still need another Westown bachelorette and she looks like she belongs in Tsuyukiyama

We have 6 bachelorettes and 5 bachelors announced. So that last bachelor might end up being Neil/Neil-lookalike.

Bachelorettes: Lisette, Iuka, Shuka, Kasumi, Komari, Inarichama
Bachelors: Wayne, Ludeus, Yuzuki, Hinata, doctor guy


Honestly at this point I could see it being an uneven amount in terms of bachelor/ettes and which villages they come from. They never said there was going to be a perfect split (we just all assumed so), so we might not be getting another bachelor from Lulucoco. Will just have to wait and see next month~

I could see it too; who knows at this point. They haven't confirmed nor denied how many candidates there are overall or if we'll get an even split. However, if there is an even split, the final bachelor, if it isn't Neil, must be big if they're going to wait until next month, if there will be another cover of the game, before it is released.

I have a strong suspicion Neil might just be on Lulucoco side and doing some kind of resort/something gig, idk.

Or maybe he's on vacation.

Either way, kind of disappointed cause this is like at least the second time girl candidates get someone magical and boy candidates get...decently attractive but otherwise not much else from the regular flock, kind of guy. Not to mention ANOTHER blond. Which, if Neil is confirmed for the final bachelor, makes a total of 4 blondes.

The characters or their designs themselves aren't bad, just...not much variety in some of the appearances? Especially since the kids are gonna be based off of them, it kind of sucks we don't have variety of hair colors.

Maybe it won't be Neil then. There would be 4 shades of light hair colored kids from the bachelors' side. On the magical girls, should the twins be included since it was talked about them having some kind of mystical powers? Maybe Inarichama has to be summoned in order to date and the only way for her to be in one of the three villages is if the twins try to summon her.

I find it curious that Witchkins and Dessie are back; maybe it has something to do with the split from Natsume and they can't do the Harvest Goddess and Witch Princess as much as they like? I know Marvelous owns the designs, but I just can't help but wonder.

Well, keep in mind they did the same thing for SoS but on the bachelorette side with brown and blonde hair colors.

Agate (light brown), Angela (brown), Elise (blonde), Iris (blonde), Lillie (brown)

and at least we do have some blue going on with Ludeus and Yuzuki at the very least!

I think you're placing too much on the Natsume split. I honestly doubt they care or factor it in since they can use whatever they wish to. They probably just wanted to continue their storylines, or maybe the Japanese public really enjoyed those characters, so they included them again.

Inari-chama isn't being presented as a bachelorette. They've all had their names written in pink, but her's is written in yellow like a NPC. Also since she has -chama I assume she's meant to be a child like Dessie and Witchie, since that's the honorific they use.

She could be a secret bachelorette like they've had in the past though.

More like "oh these guys are waaaay cuter than those old fogies" rather than anything to do with Natsume.

Looks like there's two more villagers, but not the hat guy I was keeping an eye out for. Mr.WhiteCoat has now been released, so now we just need confirmation on Mr.RedCoat as to whether he is Neil or not.

Only bachelor/ettes have the chibis though. Inarichama has one, yet Witchie and Dessie don't.



So it's not 100% conclusive but very highly likely imo.

They probably don't; I think I'm just grasping at straws. I enjoyed Dessie and Witchkins myself.
