No. I hoped for that too but there aren't. You have to go through the trouble of planting wood trees. However, I personally prefered to use flowers for the Garden Objects. I found that to be easier.
There are few floorings that use no lumber but they require things like animal products or gem stones as well which is just a complete waste.
Tip
Just use Eda's field for nothing besides trees.
You need 4100 Small Lumber and 600 Lumber which means you need to plant about 256 Softwood Trees and 37 Hardwood trees.
IF you stick to the guide on the homepage.
I did not when it came to gardening. I used flower pots and I used the blueprint for "Eck-laube" (sorry do not know the english word) which requires only 5 small lumber but 20 lumber because growing 256 freaking softwood trees was a nope for me. I rather planted some more Hardwood trees and flowers.

I do not believe that working on both at the same time is really that smart. If you have to, simply use whatever space you still have left over on your own farm side for trees. Or rent all the fields avaible and plant there instead of your own space. Get greenhouses if that is avaible to you already. You can have four of them in total and they have 3x5 space inside and require little space for being put down on your farm.

I dont have greenhouses available yet no, ive almost finished with ice's requirements anyway, and not all the fields are available for me yet ^^; Trees take too long to grow, so I would rather use the space I have for tropicals requirements. I plenty of money, so it's easier for me to just buy the lumber i need from Corona :'D

A tip that I should've done, make a list of each shipped item that way it won't be so confusing at the end...

I already made a spreadsheet of the requirements, although I'm not 100% sure that's what you meant by make a list of each shipped item :'D
It's not up to date though, as I didnt have time to do it last night before I went to bed.

I checked the spreadsheet in the game for it. It can show you what kind of things you've shipped
