Stardew Valley - Out now!
I like how tulips come in different colors upon growth/blooming. That's cool!! Also Evelyn adores them which is convenient for me.
Can't get the spring bundle done until I find a daffodil (or the big bulb spring flower) which I can't seem to find.
Also, found a good, cheap gift for Linus, salmonberries. So I'll at least have a few friends in the town, lol.

I'm not certain if this is actually a thing, but I feel like I found a lot more daffodils towards the end of Spring. I'm such good pals with Linus. I keep giving him food because I feel bad for him.Blue Rose wrote:I like how tulips come in different colors upon growth/blooming. That's cool!! Also Evelyn adores them which is convenient for me.

Yeah - you can actually see the animals eating the grass I think! You only need to feed them hay in the feeders if there's no grass or if they're not being let outside. I think the hay stays where it is if it's not used up though??garnet_gucci wrote:Wait so if I let my animals out when there is grass on the field does that already count as them being fed? Or do I still need to put their food in their feeders?

Almost at the end of winter year 1 now and am trying hard to catch a catfish to complete the fish bundle but so far have been unable to even after many hours
. I tried different tackles and eating dish of the sea but no luck still. Maybe I have to level up my fishing skill more first, if that affects the difficulty...

If you put them out first thing in the morning they'll eat grass instead.seachel wrote:Is there a way to turn off the auto-feed function on a deluxe barn/coop? I want the animals to eat grass instead as I don't have much hay.
Don't put them out on blowy days as well as the more obvious rainy days it annoys them.
Thank you for confirming this! I was wondering why my chickens weren't too pleased with me, but I was starting to connect the dots. I always forget to shut the door again at night though, and then they rush out in the morning even if it's windy. I just attended the Stardew Valley Fair! I played the fishing game way too much to earn enough points for all the prizes I wanted. And then I kept gambling away all my stars ahh.
