Where's Torque?

I visited all the rental fields I know to activate the Nature Sprite cutscences, but I can't seem to find the last sprite. And Spring of Year 2 is coming up.
Never mind. I'm good.
The game was just being weird for a bit when I went to the Rice Fields and decided to activate now.
