Moving between fields...

Hi all, I'm not sure if this has been asked and answered before and/or if I'm just completely missing something, but I'm having an issue with my fields. More specifically, with moving items (such as barns) to Eda's side of the farm now that I've acquired that land. I recently tried relocating my original barn (and I don't currently have any others) to the other side and I wasn't able to set it down. I'm not quite sure what might be wrong, but I'd appreciate the feedback!

There are no Barn/Coop upgrades, only the style difference.
To move animals, just make sure all your Barns/Coops are placed down and named (this is so it doesn't get confusing), then use the animal notebook in any Barn or Coop to move the animals to their new homes.
This will only not work if you have the maximum number of animals, and of course, you can always move the Horse, as it doesn't actually take up a space in the Barn.
Also, you can't move them IN the barn (between screens), just place the new barns down and move them via the notebook. I know it is cumbersome, but at least once you have everything perfect, you never have to move them again.
