I want to get all of Eda's events before

Spoiler:

she passes away

but I am wondering, does she even participate in any of the conquests? If I remember correctly from my first playthrough even before you-know-what she never did. Aside from the Spice Field of course but that is one time. Other than that I can only rely on unlocking traders to raise my rep with her, right?

From what I remember, she doesn't do much of anything after fall of year 1. I can't remember if there's another way to raise the points or not.

She does not participate in any conquests (aside from the spice field) because she leaves it to the younger generation. Even if you don't take her spice field you still earn +10RP each day for shipping at the vendors (adding +300RP a month). Unlocking one will earn you +100RP. Her last event should take place near the end of summer, beginning of autumn.

All you then need to do is make sure you have given her at least 10 Turnip Salad or Turnip Soup. That alone should already give you the 5000 friendship points you need, not counting the many times you talked to her and the town events you participated in.

Even without Wheat and Rose, even Sakura, you should be able to ship for 30 days to Asche or Marielle.
