I just saw this, how exciting! I'm glad to see the game doing well.
I was never able to play a lot of the earlier games in the series because they always seemed so scarce. I'd find out about them too late and then it'd be hard to find any for a reasonable price. I'm glad that isn't as much of an issue any more. (Granted I've heard people having trouble finding copies this last week, particularly for birthright, but I'm sure they'll be restocked shortly?)

For whatever reason I found Elise and Odin's A support adorable. I started out viewing their supports out of curiosity but they're actually really cute together. P:
Still not sure who to pair Jakob with. It's hilarious to me how mean he can be to people, and then especially to do a total 180 when it comes to S supports.
I've only got one couple together so far.

Finally got my copy today! *happily jumps up and down* I look forward to unwrapping all that this game has to offer (or, at least, what I care to unwrap. I'm pretty lazy sometimes .)

@Lon - Did you start Conquest?? How is it so far if you have? I think I'm going to try it on Hard/Casual to see the differences between both hard modes on each game. I'm probably going to get completely wrecked though, lol

OH, btw guys! Tomorrow the EXP DLC comes out, so if you've been waiting for it, be sure to pick it up! The Beach Brawl DLC also is coming out tomorrow. These two DLC cost $2.49 US/$3.19 CAD each. If you bought the DLC Pack 1 then you will already have them.

Yup! I felt REALLY bad about siding against the Hoshido siblings because I finished Birthright 20 minutes before. On the bright side, the Nohr siblings were so happy and now I don't have to worry about fighting them anymore. Just finished chapter 10 and I can see why people had trouble with it, luckily I only had to restart once to change positioning but I was constantly worried about my units getting overwhelmed.

Heads up! While you can't use the free DLC for exp on Conquest, you can use it for building up supports but do it early on before it gets too difficult.

oh and in response to the poll, i voted for the onii-chans, xander, and takumi. literally no way you can hate elise or sakura, xander is bae on conquest, and i can't vote against my husband haha

I've only played Birthright so far, but I think playing Conquest would only cement my picking of Elise and Xander as my favs (I love the Hoshido peeps too though).

So in JP ver there is a scene where Ryoma punch Shiro in Shiro paralogue, but in NoA version they erase it (i already finished Shiro paralogue) its kinda..... sad maybe? idk lol

I kept getting pebbles and losing both Lissa and Chrom the first few playthroughs. However I finally charged ahead of Frederick (and all 3 survived), I got experience and that brand items. I thought I had lost out on it since I thought first time only meant first time playing it. Hope this helps fellow « new farmers » like me.

I've been playing Fates as much as I can since I got it which unfortunately isn't very often because of school /homework ^^; but I love it so far! Right now I'm on chapter 15 of Conquest. Even though I was all about Silas/Leon before getting the game, Laslow's really winning my over! His support and my room lines are really sweet!

I got a rl friend of mine Awakening as a gift last year which got her into FE. We were both lucky enough to snag Special Editions so I'm having fun playing with her. We're trying to make a baby- I mean bond unit together.

And I thought I'd mention that you can grind supports in online battles as well as in the DLC. You can gather resources and raise your VP/BP at the same time as well so two birds one stone.

Played through Chapter 3 and I thought it would be funny to put down my (joke) reactions to what happened in it, so here it is: (spoilers for Chapter 3, obviously.)

• So the definitely-not-evil king is sending me on a way too easy sounding mission with a known criminal. What could possibly go wrong?

• THAT, that is what could go wrong! Dang it, now we have to fight them.

• Hey look, it's the ninja man that I may end up marrying! Hello ninja man! If you weren't trying to kill me right now I would take a moment to try to flirt with you.

• Heeerrrreeee my siblings come to save the daaaaaay!

• NOOOOOO, GUNTER! « Harvest Goddess » dang it crazy Hans man, why did you have to go and do that!? Gunter was a cool old guy and you freakin' killed him! DIE!

• Um, Lilith, I don't care what you say, you are not a dragon. You look more like some type of weird fish. And, Corrin, how the heck did you ever mistake that for a bird?

• Yup, just going to rest up in this apparently empty world before going back to my own, I'm sure nothing unexpected will happen once I go through the portal again.
