fish/insects - list

Hi you,
I'm now in year 3 and want to begin with catching all the insects an fish.
But i miss a list at the infosites, where and when I can catch them....
I'm still trying to get a mitten crab (for about three seasons now), but without result. I miss the moray eel, which I got at Piedmonts, but not at the northern jetty (?) near the rise field...
But I'm not able to catch animals, I don't know, that they exist...
I'm thankful for any help!

And if there's someone, who has a german list, that would be the very best, because fish and insects have often completeley other names...
