Looking at the blueprint for the golden axe and the description says "A golden axe used to chop trees for lumber and fight for revenge"

I assume it's in reference to the Golden Axe side scrolling beat em' game.

Has anyone else found little things like that in SoS?

Also, what references to other games (or IRL media) would you sneak into game, and how would you cleverly disguise them?

Mmm... The yellow sweater, I think it was? It ends off its description saying "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood." That made me smile.

I don't know if they're so much easter eggs/references, precisely, but a lot of the descriptions of the Philosopher's tools and blueprints are amazing. My faves:

When speaking to Witchie with an eyepatch on, she asks if you're storing magic powers in your eye and then she says this:

silly item descriptions seem to be a trademark of xseed's. they're in every game i've ever played that they localized.

on topic, the closest thing i've found to an easter egg, is all the items hidden around that you can only find by jumping on fences and hedges and such. i also recently discovered when i started by newest file that you can skip events and speed up dialogue, but that's probably not an easter egg.

I haven't found a lot in particular except for the Philosopher's tools descriptions as well. They're gold Descriptions for different clothing are cute too. I don't have my 3DS right now so I can't post specifics boo

I don't know much about the references thrown in by XSEED, but I think this one is quite interesting My guess will be "The Emperor's New Clothes" XD
