I need a bit of help I can't seem to recall. which set the dark green earrings are in. I need to make some for the rose country. all help will be thank for

I took a quick look at this site's guide and found that Dark Green Clip-Ons (which is a type of earring,) are in Accessory Set #9, which can be bought at Wheat Country. I didn't find anything called Dark Green Earrings specifically, but it's possible that the guide is just calling them Dark Green Clip-Ons instead (It happens sometimes.)

(Sorry if this is incorrect. I'm unaware if this game differentiates between Clip-Ons and actual earrings.)

Edit: I went somewhere else I found out that Dark Green Clip-Ons and Dark Green Earrings are two different items. Oops! . Anyway, the other site I went to says that the pattern for Dark Green Earrings comes with the Sewing Studio. So you should already have it.
