Sorry if this seems like a stupid question.
I'm trying to unlock Tropical country, it says that we need to ship 10,000 processed goods. What exactly counts as processed? Is it anything we make with the maker sheds? or just things from like the cheese, winery, and spice maker?

Yes, everything from the maker sheds counts. Except, dried up crops do count, but seeds don't.

I'd just ship dry grass. I think it's easier since grass regrows everyday

Anything that goes in the products part of your bag is counted as a processed good So seeds and clothes do not count.

I wish clothes did count, that'd make the clothing requirement easier at my end XD
