Then maybe you should make a "What you love about the new game (so far)" thread like 3oT's section has if you want to only hear people talk about positive things or things that others are looking forward to? Dictating that people should be more excited or happy about the game instead of voicing their less positive opinions or complaining about things they dislike from what we've seen isn't the right way to go about it.

I understand it gets old listening to negativity, but really the best thing to do is just ignore it and carry on if you disagree. For some people harvesting speed is a deal-breaker, even if you can't personally understand why that is. People value things differently, that's just the way it is.

We'll be getting more impressions from Cher and other people on the floor tomorrow, so I'm sure she'll come in and let us now how it is and what she thinks of the improvements in the game.

Where did I say that? I was making a legitimate suggestion based on the other forum. People wanted a thread to only talk about positive things in the game shown so far, so they made it and it's fine. I wasn't being sarcastic, so I'm sorry if my tone implied that.

No where did I tell you to be less positive. Please don't put words in my mouth. I'm just saying that it's okay for people to post their disappointment and critique, just as much as it's okay for people to be positive and happy. All opinions are welcome here.

Anyways, I wonder if they are going to roll out character info like they did with TLV. How often did we get new info on a new character? Biweekly? Monthly?

I just watched the trailer, and this game has actually piqued my interest a little bit, unlike TLV. I think the upgraded models really helped! Eager to learn more about the characters. Did find the narrator's voice to be really grating and annoying though haha

Well, to change subject a bit from the harvesting, from the video we could see a fair amount of new and old characters.

Including what I believe to be the mother and little brother of Chicken guy, a blonde man who may or may not be a bachelor, a girl who may be related to Flower boy, an unknown family of three and a new old man.

In returning characters... I would see Sally and her mother, Mr Doc, Sam, The harvest sprites (who may have a new role now) and the Harvest Goddess with a slightly more magical water dress.

It seems like Skytree Village will have lots of people. Did I miss any?

Witch and Wizard are also back, it seems... and I hope they're marriage candidates too

I just hope Gareth is marriageable again, lol.

I haven't played TLV or the other games before this at all, so the only thing I found kind of irritating was the fact that they're pushing this "Sabrina" name too much. Usually, BokuMono (I know this is by Natsume but that's beside the point) games refer to the protags as "主人公" which only means hero/heroine as to not give out an "official" name since the MC is usually designed to be the player's avatar. Yeah, they may have a default name used in screenshots/manga but for most purposes they just refer to them as you/hero/heroine. Might be an insignificant gripe on my part, but I really want to feel immersed in the game and not think I'm being forced to play as some 'Sabrina" or whatever.
